Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Officer (Emirati Talent) at SEGULA Technologies. The officer will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the HR team
• Maintaining employee records and handling documentation
• Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
• Maintaining recruitment databases and trackers
• Assisting with training program coordination, including calendar management and materials preparation
• Tracking attendance and collecting training feedback
• Supporting HR events coordination
• Scheduling new employee orientation sessions and preparing welcome kits
• Tracking onboarding checklist completion
• Handling general HR queries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace)
• Strong organizational skills
• English proficiency
