Role Description:
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Property Advisor/Real Estate Agent at Positive Properties LLC. The advisor will be responsible for:

• Consulting with buyers, tenants, and investors to understand their preferences and budgets
• Providing tailored market insights and property recommendations
• Conducting market research on Dubai’s residential and commercial trends
• Coordinating and conducting property showings to highlight investment potential
• Negotiating terms and structuring deals to secure favorable outcomes
• Managing transaction documentation, including MOUs, Handover Certificates, and Ejari
• Ensuring compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
• Generating leads and maintaining relationships through networking and referrals
• Providing exceptional after-sales service to nurture repeat business

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or advisory roles within Dubai’s property market
• Fluent English (Arabic or additional language skills preferred)
• Strong presentation and active-listening abilities
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and client-focused
• Professional demeanor with strong networking skills
