Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai, specializing in elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods. With two stores in the UAE, Minimalist focuses on simple yet sophisticated designs, particularly known for its Arabic numeral watches. The brand is committed to using the finest materials to create beautiful and durable items that enhance personal style.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Social Media Manager at Minimalist. The manager will be responsible for:

• Planning and creating quarterly, bi-annual, and annual multi-channel content calendars
• Implementing, measuring, and optimizing social media strategies and campaigns
• Translating design concepts into engaging content
• Managing a content calendar, organizing assets, and identifying sales opportunities
• Copywriting social media content and email blasts
• Planning, sending, measuring, and optimizing email campaigns
• Conducting competitor, market, and industry research to identify trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in a managerial digital marketing role within a UAE-based eCommerce startup or luxury goods/fashion/watches company
• Understanding of Emirati culture and personality
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms
• Experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
• Graphic design experience (Adobe Suite preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
