Receptionist – Dubai Dragon Mart

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart. The receptionist will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming guests, visitors, and suppliers with a warm and professional approach
- Handling guest inquiries, providing information on promotions, room prices, and local activities
- Processing reservations and cancellations efficiently
- Managing payments in accordance with cash handling procedures
- Identifying corporate leads and building long-term relationships
- Driving online guest feedback and promoting customer engagement
- Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintaining reception supplies and stationeries
- Ensuring guest safety in line with company procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist in the front office department
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS)
- Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Customer-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive and excellent organizational skills
