E-Commerce Manager


ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to lead and execute e-commerce strategies in the market. This role will focus on driving sales growth, enhancing customer reach, and optimizing online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish sales targets and develop SEO marketing plans to boost visibility.
- Define and optimize sales workflows, platform frameworks, and customer engagement.
- Oversee website security protocols, payment procedures, and data protection.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional calendars and digital campaigns.
- Lead SEO, re-targeting efforts, and web link-building to maximize brand conversion.
- Manage website usability, merchandising, and engagement for improved conversions.
- Coordinate with IT and external agencies to ensure platform efficiency and functionality.
- Supervise digital and social marketing initiatives, enhancing brand presence.
- Maintain e-commerce inventory to ensure accurate pricing, stock updates, and product descriptions.
- Monitor sales orders, logistics, and timely delivery.
- Utilize data analytics, KPIs, and insights to evaluate online marketing performance.
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partnerships to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, or IT (E-Commerce Specialization preferred).
- 5–7 years experience managing e-commerce platforms & CRM systems.
- Expertise in website development, site maintenance, and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Magento, web design, SEO optimization, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales targets & conversion rates.
- Zero unjustifiable cancellations or refunds.
- Optimized product catalog & website usability.
- Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments).
- Site performance metrics (load time, bounce rate, page views).
Workplace Type:
- On-site, full-time role in Dubai.
