Hammer Group is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team, specializing in interior fit-out, construction, and joinery projects. This role is critical for managing project costs, preparing BOQs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value for money without compromising quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in cost control and negotiations, and experience in UAE-based construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets based on specifications.
• Analyze project risks and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage variations, change orders, and claims effectively.
• Collaborate with procurement, design, and site teams for seamless execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or joinery (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC or similar) and project cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
