Senior Account Executive


Team X, an innovative unit within Omnicom Group, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its account management team, focusing on creative and campaign development for Mercedes-Benz Middle East. This role requires strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and client relationship management to enhance brand engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities for strategic insights.
- Manage client campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and key milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution of integrated marketing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and optimize data-driven marketing outcomes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute creative solutions to enhance team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, marketing, or strategy.
- Proven client relationship management and marketing project execution abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and advertising channels.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Passion for the automotive industry (Arabic language is a plus).
