Team X, an innovative unit within Omnicom Group, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its account management team, focusing on creative and campaign development for Mercedes-Benz Middle East. This role requires strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and client relationship management to enhance brand engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities for strategic insights.
  • Manage client campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution of integrated marketing strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports and optimize data-driven marketing outcomes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute creative solutions to enhance team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, marketing, or strategy.
  • Proven client relationship management and marketing project execution abilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and advertising channels.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
  • Passion for the automotive industry (Arabic language is a plus).
