Referbility.com is seeking a Visual Content Creator for an up-and-coming luxury furniture manufacturer. This part-time role (20 hours per week, long-term retainer basis) requires a multidisciplinary creative with strong design sensibility, aesthetics, and production expertise. The ideal candidate will photograph and film furniture pieces, create visual assets for Instagram, newsletters, and web, and contribute to social media content strategy aligned with the brand’s voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and video of furniture and the creative process.
• Operate a professional camera setup for content production.
• Design and produce visual assets for social media (Instagram), newsletters, and web.
• Utilize Figma and Photoshop to create refined layouts and visual stories.
• Assist in managing and crafting a strategic social media content plan.
• Interpret brand aesthetics, including color theory and typographic balance.
• Visit the Dubai-based factory regularly (about once a week) to shoot content.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual refinement and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut).
• Knowledge of social media best practices (Instagram-focused).
• Ability to design and assemble newsletters using Figma or similar tools.
• A personal aesthetic aligned with elegant, minimal, design-led brands.

Expected Deliverables:

• 2–3 social media posts per week.
• 3 Instagram stories per week.
• 2 newsletters per month.
• Occasional product photography, team video interviews, and event coverage.
