Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Process check-in and check-out transactions smoothly.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma; certification in hospitality is a plus.
