Bloomsford is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals experienced in installing a variety of flooring types including vinyl, PU, hardwood, carpet, rubber, and artificial grass. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, executing precise installations, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and level floor surfaces for installation
• Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately
• Install various flooring types including vinyl, PU, hardwood, carpet, rubber, and artificial grass
• Ensure proper alignment, adhesion, and finishing of flooring materials
• Follow safety protocols and building regulations during all installations
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver desired outcomes
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Provide post-installation care instructions to clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with sports flooring, hardwood, and vinyl installations
• Proficiency in vinyl flooring techniques and tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Previous experience in flooring installation preferred
