Fireshield Specialists LLC, a regional leader in Passive Fire Protection and a proud member of the ZBM Group, is hiring a Passive Fire Protection Supervisor for its Dubai operations. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in firestopping systems and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead a team of technicians in delivering high-performance fire protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate passive fire protection installations and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes, NFPA, ISO, UL, and FM Global standards
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring quality and safety on-site
• Interpret firestopping system designs and oversee their execution
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper documentation of work
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of firestopping materials
• Report project progress and safety concerns to management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE market in a similar role
• Certification in fire protection or safety management (preferred)
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Language proficiency in English, Urdu, or Hindi
