Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lawyers with ongoing legal cases, research, and documentation

• Conduct legal research and draft memos, summaries, and reports

• Attend client meetings and court proceedings when appropriate

• Participate in internal legal discussions and strategy sessions

• Support the preparation of legal documentation, filings, and case briefs

• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex legal issues

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a recognized and accredited law school

• Outstanding academic performance and legal knowledge
