Job Title: Storekeeper
Location: Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
Join Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah as a Storekeeper and take charge of managing all goods and deliveries entering and exiting the hotel. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate stock records, and adherence to Hilton’s procurement and health standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and dispatch all goods in accordance with company standards

Ensure correct storage and logging of all deliveries
-
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
-
Monitor slow-moving items to avoid unnecessary purchasing
-
Place supply orders using Hilton’s online procurement system
-
Maintain strict control over hotel stock and storage areas
-
Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy
-
Follow all Health & Safety protocols, especially for food & beverage items

Support team members and assist F&B and other departments as needed

Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and guests
Requirements:
Essential:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Flexible to adapt to different situations and schedules
Preferred:

Previous experience in stock or storekeeping roles

Degree in Management, Finance, or related field

Experience in hospitality inventory management systems
