Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim

• Provide accurate flight schedules and airport-related information

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promptly report any irregularities

• Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-first approach

• Coordinate with airline and ground service staff to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Prior experience in airport services or hospitality is preferred
