Senior Brand Manager – Nutrition


Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager – Nutrition to join its regional team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in brand building, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving brand equity, leading communication strategies, and delivering impactful business results across the nutrition portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy development and execution across healthcare, consumer, and shopper touchpoints
- Drive market research to uncover trends, insights, and competitive opportunities
- Oversee creative development, equity measurement, and campaign toolkits
- Manage media and communication agencies for Pan-Arab campaigns
- Own annual brand priorities and marketing budget optimization
- Analyze brand performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Guide pricing, promotional strategy, and SKU optimization
- Lead innovation and renovation (I&R) strategy and multi-cluster coordination
- Develop and deliver toolkits for new launches and relaunches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
What Will Make You Successful:
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to CDT/Sales
- Proven success in brand building, innovation, and strategic positioning
- Strong understanding of brand/product P&L drivers
- Experience leading product launches and complex renovation projects
- Familiarity with digital media and eCommerce
- Background in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, OTC, or Nutrition categories
- Strong media planning and cross-functional leadership skills
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing with an excellent academic track record
