J & A Digital Media Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing firm based in Dubai, delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across the region. As part of our commitment to operational excellence and digital security, we are hiring a Network Administrator (IT Expert) to manage our internal systems, web hosting environments, and cybersecurity protocols.

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with hands-on experience in network administration, web hosting platforms, and domain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Networking & IT Infrastructure:

• Install, manage, and troubleshoot office networks (routers, switches, firewalls, internet)
• Configure internal file sharing, printers, and system access
• Monitor and optimize network performance
• Set up and maintain office computers, software, and peripherals

Web Hosting & Domains:

• Manage cPanel, DirectAdmin, FTP, and related hosting environments
• Handle email setup, file management, SSL installation
• Configure DNS records, nameservers, and domain redirects

Cybersecurity:

• Implement firewalls, antivirus, and secure access protocols
• Apply system updates and security patches
• Monitor for threats and respond to incidents
• Conduct regular backups and ensure data recovery readiness
• Train staff on cybersecurity best practices

General IT Support:

• Provide daily tech support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Liaise with ISPs, hosting providers, and domain registrars
• Maintain documentation for systems and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in network administration or IT support
• Proficiency in cPanel, DirectAdmin, DNS, and domain configuration
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent
• Experience in digital marketing or tech-driven agencies
• Familiarity with cloud services, VPNs, and remote access tools
