As the company continues to scale, it is seeking a seasoned Telecom Towers Rollout Manager to lead high-impact deployment projects.

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience managing telecom tower rollouts, particularly with du Telecom and Etisalat projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of telecom tower rollout projects
• Coordinate with clients (du, Etisalat), subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and monitor rollout plans, material requests, and site readiness
• Ensure adherence to quality, HSE, and regulatory compliance
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and client communications
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate critical matters as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience with du and/or Etisalat telecom tower rollouts in the UAE
• 5–7 years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of deployment types: greenfield, rooftop, IBS, and upgrades
• Familiarity with UAE permitting and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
