This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a driven individual with experience in motor or health insurance sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As part of RAKBANK’s transformation into a “Digital Bank with a Human Touch,” you’ll play a key role in promoting insurance solutions with integrity, transparency, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business goals
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and suggest process improvements
• Provide timely updates to Relationship Managers on performance and progress
• Ensure compliance with Protego and bank service standards
• Conduct insurance sales with professionalism and ethical conduct
• Process customer requests within defined turnaround times (TAT)
• Maintain zero-error service delivery and uphold quality benchmarks
• Promote cross-selling opportunities to existing Protego clients
• Drive renewal conversion rates in line with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in motor or health insurance (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and confidentiality standards
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with RAKBANK’s retail products is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
