Eight Arrows Group, in collaboration with Morgan & Cie, is hiring a French-speaking Family Advisor to join its growing Multi-Family Office in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in wealth management, estate structuring, and client advisory. The advisor will work independently under a mandataire indépendant status, supporting high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs with tailored financial strategies and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on wealth, legal, and tax structuring using Morgan & Cie’s methodology.
• Coordinate with lawyers, notaries, and tax experts.
• Provide insurance brokerage, real estate, and corporate structuring advice.
• Manage a portfolio of international high-net-worth clients.
• Handle regulatory formalities with banks, asset managers, and insurers.
• Prepare client reporting and performance reviews.
• Monitor portfolios and private equity investments.
• Conduct investment simulations and prepare CIF documentation (KYC, LAB, etc.).

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English.
• Bac+4/5 degree from a business school or university.
• Proven experience in private wealth management or family advisory.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, proactive, and committed to long-term collaboration.

Compensation & Status:

• €60,000 – €180,000/year + consultancy fees
• Independent contractor status (Mandataire Indépendant)
