Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all food & beverage menus, wine lists, and related products to provide accurate advice to guests.

• Manage and coordinate service to maximize customer satisfaction by anticipating and responding to guest requests.

• Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service.

• Oversee accounts and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.

• Assist with budget preparation and maintain a business-minded approach to inventory and orders.

• Serve as a competent liaison and collaborator with external concept partners.

• Support colleagues during peak times with a positive attitude and adaptability to changing plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a similar hospitality role.

• Fluent English communication skills.
