Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring a safe and healthy working environment by supervising and coordinating all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, mid-level experience, and relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety related activities in the facility.

• Prepare and maintain H&S checklists for the facility.

• Ensure all workers wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Monitor timeliness and discipline, especially during break times.

• Conduct daily facility rounds to identify hazards and abnormalities, coordinating with supervisors.

• Maintain discipline and harmony in coordination with supervisors and management.

• Report any indiscipline or disruptive behavior to management.

• Assist in organizing periodic H&S training and safety awareness programs.

• Conduct Safety Induction training for all new staff members.

• Record and manage Incident & Accident reports.

• Inspect, maintain, and keep records of safety equipment and tools; arrange periodic checkups and repairs.

• Manage First Aid kits, maintain stock and records, and provide First Aid when necessary.

• Participate and lead emergency evacuation drills with the designated team.

• Ensure emergency exit doors are well maintained.

• Monitor high-risk activities and implement a proper waste management and housekeeping system.

• Perform any other safety-related duties assigned by the department head.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Mid-level work experience.

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification.

• Energetic and physically ready for activities.

• Strong attention to detail, especially in near-miss risk identification and analysis.

• Excellent people management and discipline handling skills.

• Self-disciplined with a strong commitment to upholding safety culture.

• Proactive team player dedicated to continuous improvement.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3500+

• Live-out allowance: AED 850

• Food Allowance: AED 206.25
