Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly experienced SAP PP Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations. This is a contract-based, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE, offering the opportunity to lead end-to-end SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) module configurations and integrations. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing projects, handling clients, and delivering results in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts (minimum of 2 full-cycle projects).

• Configure SAP PP modules (MTS, MTO, MRP) and integrate with QM and other logistics modules.

• Conduct business requirement gathering and translate needs into functional specifications (FSD), blueprints (BBP), and design documents (KDS).

• Manage master data, ensuring accuracy across production and quality systems.

• Perform functional testing and participate in WRICEF object validation.

• Support data migration using tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPI.

• Develop and maintain FDDs for enhancements, reports, and system interfaces.

• Conduct client workshops, deliver user training, and offer post-go-live support.

• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate and ASAP Methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-specific solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience in PP, QM, SD, MM, and WM.

• Proven expertise in SAP PP Configuration and QM Integration.

• Experience in S/4HANA environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Tables, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules (FM).

• Experience with data migration tools: LTMC, LSMW, BDC, BAPI.

• Ability to prepare FSDs, BBPs, and KDS.

• Deep understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Utilities.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Must have a valid passport and be open to regional travel.
