EF Language Abroad, part of the global education leader EF Education First, is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for the role of Residence Advisor Intern. This is a part-time, on-site/live-in internship located in Dubai, with room and board provided. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in international student housing and administration, ideal for individuals passionate about travel, intercultural communication, and student support.

As a Residence Advisor, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for international students. You will live on-site and be the go-to person for student welfare, ensuring their stay is smooth, secure, and filled with positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome students and manage check-ins/check-outs.

• Conduct room inspections to uphold quality standards.

• Provide emergency support, including being on-call and attending hospital visits when necessary.

• Organize and lead fun events and local tours to enhance the student experience.

• Build strong relationships with students and staff through open, positive communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Friendly, approachable, and resilient in high-pressure situations.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive “can-do” mindset.

• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work well in a multicultural team environment.
