Ghuyom is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Founding CEO to lead Gosphyr, a fully-built, well-funded beauty and wellness tech startup poised to disrupt personal care service discovery, booking, and delivery in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This founder-level role offers full ownership of launching, scaling, and growing the app, with a mission to rapidly achieve traction, build communities, and drive revenue in a booming market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market strategy, execution, and continuous optimization for the app.

• Drive onboarding of premium salons, clinics, and freelance beauty & wellness experts.

• Build and manage country teams or strategic partnerships to expand reach.

• Develop growth funnels through creator collaborations, user-generated content (UGC), and referral programs.

• Achieve revenue growth, user retention, and key traction milestones.

• Partner with the board on fundraising, exit strategies, and long-term business planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–15+ years of leadership experience in tech, beauty, wellness, or marketplace businesses.

• Proven track record scaling digital products in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Strong commercial acumen with balanced B2B and B2C experience involving clinics, stylists, and end-users.

• Expertise in sales, partnerships, monetization, and community-driven growth strategies.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate autonomously and lead cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in English; must be based in or able to operate across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
