Trump International Golf Club, Dubai is seeking professional and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join their hospitality team. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area while efficiently handling payments and supporting the restaurant team in daily operations. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a prestigious golf club setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and deliver prompt and courteous service.

• Relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff and ensure correct and timely food and drink delivery.

• Manage table settings, clear used dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.

• Process payments using cash or credit card systems, issue checks, and provide accurate change.

• Communicate effectively with customers, kitchen, and team members to ensure smooth service flow.

• Assist with restocking supplies, inventory management, and closing duties such as cleaning and organizing.

Job Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience working as a Waiter or Waitress.

• Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information systems (e.g., Revel POS or Toast POS).

• Basic math skills for handling payments.

• Strong attentiveness and patience with customers.

• Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Active listening and clear communication skills.

• Team player with flexibility to work in shifts.

• Minimum high school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
