Job Overview:
IIQAF Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, and support requests.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, update account details, and inform them about offers or events.

  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately log all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or team when necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate cases where required.

  • Stay up-to-date with company services, policies, and customer support procedures through regular training.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in computer operations.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
