This full-time, on-site role involves driving the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring the clinic attracts top talent to support its continued growth and commitment to excellence in patient care and aesthetic innovation.

As a Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, manage job postings, screen and interview candidates, and play a key role in building a strong employer brand. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing needs.

• Draft and publish clear, appealing job descriptions aligned with the clinic’s standards.

• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and evaluations.

• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies.

• Promote Be You Clinics’ employer brand across platforms and recruitment campaigns.

• Ensure all hiring processes are compliant with HR best practices and local labor regulations.

• Provide excellent candidate experience and follow up on recruitment-related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition skills.

• Knowledge of Human Resources principles and local employment regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple hiring needs.

• High attention to detail with strong administrative and follow-up skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in the beauty, aesthetic, or healthcare industry is a plus.
