🧑‍💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our hybrid team in Dubai and help build a high-performance IoT SaaS platform. You’ll architect scalable systems, integrate AI/ML features, and collaborate with hardware and product teams to deliver cutting-edge smart home experiences.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications (React/Next.js + Node.js/Python)

• Implement REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, and scalable backend systems

• Translate Figma mockups into responsive, production-grade UIs

• Ensure high performance, test coverage, and security across the stack

• Integrate real-time IoT protocols (MQTT, WebSockets) and embedded systems

• Collaborate with AI teams to deploy behavioral learning models

• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce clean architecture

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployment, and AWS infrastructure

• Drive Agile processes including sprints, retrospectives, and roadmap planning
