CorpLinx Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Accountant with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is suited for professionals with at least 15 years of experience who are adept at managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and proactively solving problems in dynamic business environments.

The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager or CFO and play a key role in financial planning, month-end closings, audit preparation, and establishing best practices in a semi-structured accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and ensure on-time month-end closings.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and financial controls.

• Reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) monthly.

• Provide support for internal and external audits, including documentation and procedural compliance.

• Collaborate with senior management to identify, report, and resolve financial discrepancies.

• Take ownership of key accounting functions beyond data entry, ensuring reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Real-World Problem Solving: Analyze complex accounting issues and propose case-based, practical solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in financial and management accounting.

• Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Exposure to both structured and unstructured finance environments.

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus but not essential.
