Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional, courteous manner

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately

• Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit payments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

• Assist with setting up for events and exhibitions

• Promote specials and upsell menu items

• Provide input on menu selections and customer preferences

• Support inventory control and restocking tasks

• Handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism

• Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and briefings

• Train new team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
