Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. You will ensure smooth logistics, accurate inventory management, and support the mission of delivering high-quality education and training in quality assurance and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and products accurately.

• Prepare orders and shipments, ensuring correct items and packaging.

• Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Use inventory management software for tracking stock and shipments.

• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and team members to resolve issues.

• Participate in audits to ensure compliance.

• Suggest improvements for warehouse processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.

• Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
