Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office systems and records

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments

  • Handle ordering and inventory of office supplies

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally

  • Serve as a liaison between management and clients/staff

  • Draft correspondence including letters, reports, memos, and emails

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel bookings

  • Provide administrative support to executives or department heads

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field
