Arla Foods is launching its UAE National Graduate Program in alignment with UAE’s “We the UAE 2031” vision. This 12-month paid graduate program is tailored for Emirati nationals holding business-related degrees, offering rotations across various departments, hands-on experience in a global FMCG company, and the opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion.

• UAE National with a completed Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.

• Open-minded, ambitious, and capable of working both independently and in a team.

• Must be available for a full-time 12-month graduate program starting immediately.
