Al-Futtaim Automotive, part of the renowned Al-Futtaim Group, is hiring an MIS Executive to support the Aftersales department by managing SAP system issues, generating reports, and handling data management and project initiatives to enhance system integration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain MIS reports

• Identify and implement change initiatives using SAP and emerging technologies

• Develop SAP skills for managers across multiple locations to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Promote best working practices across all workshops

• Maintain SAP Master Data

• Manage service staff incentives and commission submissions to finance

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar MIS or SAP-related role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• SAP experience is preferred
