Job Summary:
As a Shop Supervisor for Yogurtland, you will support the Brand Operations Manager by leading the store team to achieve excellent sales and operational results. You will foster a positive customer experience, optimize sales, and maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety. Your leadership will motivate and develop the team, ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to meet and exceed sales goals and company standards

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on the floor

• Follow company policies on cash handling and register procedures

• Support inventory management, including receiving, pricing, and stock counts

• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and promotion standards

• Coach, train, discipline, and evaluate store staff performance

• Monitor local competitors and market trends

• Participate in store meetings and company training sessions

• Ensure team punctuality and grooming per brand standards

• Manage safety and security compliance within the store

• Analyze sales reports and develop action plans for improvement

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in retail confectionery within UAE/GCC

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• Knowledge of retail operations

• Physical fitness and ability to work flexible shifts (day/night)

• High personal hygiene standards

• Ability to work under pressure and as a team player
