Position: Senior Procurement Specialist – Industrial Sector

Role Overview:
We are expanding our Dubai team and seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in B2B procurement, particularly in the industrial sector. This role requires hands-on experience managing international supplies of industrial equipment, chemicals, spare parts, and raw materials on turnkey projects—from supplier sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source international suppliers based on client specifications for equipment, raw materials, and turnkey solutions.

• Negotiate contracts, delivery terms, payment conditions, and schedules with suppliers.

• Conduct market research, monitor alternative suppliers, and analyze pricing trends.

• Prepare and manage international contracts, including Incoterms, warranties, and technical specifications.

• Maintain supplier relationships through business correspondence and negotiations.

• Collaborate with logistics, technical, and sales teams to coordinate supply and deliveries.

• Monitor production schedules and shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare export and shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, MSDS, and technical manuals.

• Report regularly to management on procurement activities and performance.

Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in international procurement within industrial equipment, chemicals, or related sectors.

• Experience working with American, European, or major Dubai-based industrial companies.

• Strong negotiation skills and existing relationships with suppliers in mining, energy, oil & gas, and construction industries.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).

• Skilled in managing contracts and business correspondence in English.

• Proficient with documentation, MS Office, CRM, and supplier databases.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and full-cycle procurement operations.

• Existing supplier network is a strong advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
