Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Telephone Operator (Guest Experience Expert) who will be the voice of the hotel, ensuring every call and guest interaction is welcoming, efficient, and memorable. You will assist with operational needs, guide guests throughout their stay, and make service feel like an exceptional part of the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and direct them to appropriate departments.

• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Assist in operational duties related to guest services.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports as required.

• Provide local information and recommendations to guests.

• Uphold Marriott’s guest service standards in appearance and behavior.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Work Experience: No prior experience required (training will be provided).

• Skills: Excellent communication, customer service attitude, and multitasking ability.

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; occasionally lift or carry items up to 10 lbs.
