MUFG, one of the world’s leading financial groups with over 120,000 employees globally, is hiring a Credit / Loan Administration Analyst for its Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site role within the Corporate Banking, MENA department, supporting the Credit Execution Team (CET). The role plays a vital part in managing administrative, compliance, and credit-related responsibilities for GCIB and JCIB clients in the Middle East region.
This position is ideal for professionals with a background in KYC, loan documentation, and middle-office banking operations who are seeking to be part of a collaborative and values-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage periodic and ad-hoc KYC tasks, IPAs, and ensure timely completion to avoid overdues.

Assist in credit administration including documentation, classification, and customer information management (CIFs).

Perform covenant checks, monitor financial data submissions, and ensure compliance with agreements.

Handle E-signature processes, document signing coordination, and maintain facility agreement repositories.

Execute and support NDA processes, including gap analysis and compliance checks.

Conduct DFSA classification reviews and maintain a financial promotion repository.

Support the registration and update of credit limits and related administrative controls.

Provide assistance in KYC quality checks and risk mitigation efforts across GCIB and JCIB portfolios.

Liaise with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Credit, Compliance, and Legal teams.

Maintain and update CET trackers, handle audit trails, and respond to compliance requests.

Support other MUFG offices with KYC alignment projects and manage documentation across systems (OVS, CIS NET, GCMS+).
Qualifications & Skills:

University degree or equivalent.

3–5 years of experience in KYC, middle-office, or operations roles in the finance industry.

Strong understanding of banking operations, credit assessment, and compliance standards.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Capable of working under pressure with a proactive and accountable work ethic.
