Position Title: F&B Logistics Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 (All-inclusive)

About the Hiring Company:
Our client is a prestigious Hospitality & Leisure group headquartered in Dubai, celebrated for its premium dining concepts and exceptional customer experiences across the GCC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the food dispatch operations to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.

  • Manage daily workflow in the dispatch area including cold storage (chiller/freezer) and inventory movements.

  • Implement proper product labeling, stock rotation (FIFO), and maintain HACCP compliance and documentation.

  • Coordinate closely with production and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment and minimize delays.

  • Train and monitor dispatch staff, ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld at all times.

Candidate Profile:

  • Open to Asian nationals currently residing in the UAE.

  • High School Diploma or relevant vocational training in Culinary Arts or Logistics.

  • 2–3 years of experience in food dispatch or warehouse operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines, cold chain logistics, and food safety protocols.
