As a Product Designer, you will play a strategic role in executing and evolving UX/UI design strategies aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences, lead user research and usability testing, and contribute to the development of scalable design systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement UX design strategies in line with business goals and user needs.

• Lead user-centered design initiatives, including research, testing, and analysis.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect best practices in design and accessibility.

• Maintain and enhance design systems and UI component libraries for consistency.

• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in design execution and processes.

• Communicate design decisions clearly across teams and advocate for user experience excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design craftsmanship.

• Experience delivering design projects with measurable impact.

• Proficiency in design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey design value.

• Deep understanding of growth-focused design and data-informed approaches.

• Ability to manage end-to-end design processes within cross-functional teams.

• A passion for staying updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
