RGP Properties is currently hiring a Real Estate Administrator/Receptionist to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the real estate team. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai ensures the smooth operation of daily business activities while delivering high-level customer service and internal support.
Key Responsibilities:

Offer daily administrative support to real estate agents and office staff.

Prepare real estate listings, marketing materials, and manage property data.

Handle client inquiries and coordinate with agents and developers.

Manage office schedules, appointments, and events.

Prepare and process real estate documents such as Form A, Form B, MOUs, and tenancy contracts.

Oversee document management, data entry, and office filing systems.

Support office operations and foster a positive work environment.

Assist with planning and coordination of developer launch events.
Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate administration, listing coordination, or transaction processing.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media tools.

Familiarity with real estate compliance and documentation procedures is a plus.

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
