SeQure Technologies is hiring a Sales Manager – IT with 7+ years of experience in sales and a strong background in IT and infrastructure solutions. This full-time on-site role in Dubai requires a proactive leader with a proven track record in sales, team management, and client engagement. A valid UAE driving license and vehicle are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Lead, manage, and mentor sales teams; identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline while effectively communicating product value to clients.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and growth.

Conduct market analysis and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

Drive sales negotiations and assist in deal closures.

Forecast and set annual sales goals, quotas, and expected profit margins.

Develop and implement field sales action plans.
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 7 years of total experience in the industry, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of IT and infrastructure solutions.

Experience in Customer Experience Solutions is preferred.
-
Knowledge of Queue Management Systems is an advantage.

Proven success in sales and strategic enablement.

Strong skills in customer relationship management and market analysis.
Compensation:
-
Monthly Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000

Plus: Performance-based incentives (target-based)
