Tanami Properties is currently hiring multilingual Property Advisors fluent in German, French, or Italian to join our dynamic Off-Plan Sales team. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the region’s most trusted real estate companies.
As a Property Advisor, you will play a key role in helping buyers and sellers navigate Dubai’s vibrant property market, offering expert advice and superior service at every stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs as outlined in your employment contract.

Conduct interviews with buyers to understand their property preferences.

Schedule and coordinate property viewings with potential buyers.

Advise property sellers on how to enhance their home’s appeal.

Accompany and guide clients during property visits and inspections.

Provide clients with detailed insights on market conditions, pricing, legalities, and financing options.

Ensure all listing documents comply with Dubai Land Department and RERA standards.

Oversee and coordinate property closings, including documentation and fund transfers.

Monitor contract fulfillment timelines and ensure on-time processing.
-
Actively solicit property listings through direct owner contact and advertising.

Prepare essential documentation including Form A, listing forms, and title deeds.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, financing options, and economic trends.

Represent Tanami Properties with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in German, French, or Italian is essential.

Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market is preferred.
