Executive Manager – Private Banking

Business Area:

Private Banking & Wealth Management Group
Providing holistic banking and investment solutions to high-net-worth clients, including bespoke loan structuring and wealth preservation through customized wealth planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead acquisition of new clients and innovate service offerings to meet personal and business client needs across ADCB’s business units.

  • Leverage both external and internal professional networks to attract and retain new-to-bank clients.

  • Serve as the primary contact for client interactions and daily banking service delivery to exceed client expectations.

  • Own client issues ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

  • Collaborate with specialists to develop tailored wealth management solutions, including asset management, credit, and succession planning.

  • Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities by engaging internal resources to provide suitable product solutions.

  • Monitor transaction accuracy and service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting the bank’s interests.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a commercial/universal bank in a client-facing relationship management role with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Strong product experience in capital markets solutions, hedge funds, and private equity.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Proven client service and acquisition skills.

  • Excellent networking and communication abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills to support and advocate new ideas.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
