Job Summary:
Tanami Properties is looking for a multilingual Property Advisor to join its Off-Plan team. Candidates who speak Italian, German, or Serbian are especially encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, professional, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding client service in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs as outlined in the employment contract.

Conduct buyer interviews to understand property preferences and requirements.

Coordinate and schedule property viewings for prospective clients.

Advise sellers on how to enhance property appeal to potential buyers.

Accompany clients during inspections, providing insights on value and suitability.

Offer advice on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal procedures.

Ensure due diligence and compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department standards.

Oversee property closings, manage document signing, and ensure timely fund disbursement.

Monitor purchase contract fulfillment and follow-up tasks.

Generate listings by contacting property owners and advertising services.

Prepare necessary documents including listing forms, Form A, passport copies, and title deeds.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate law, economic trends, and financing options.

Represent Tanami Properties with professionalism at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in Italian, German, or Serbian is essential.

Previous experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of CRM systems and UAE real estate laws preferred.
