Position: F&B Dispatch Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 3,250 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) + Accommodation provided

About the Client:

Join a prestigious Hospitality & Leisure group based in Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and luxury offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly check freezer and chiller temperatures to ensure finished products are stored at proper levels

• Prepare daily pickup deliveries in accordance with orders

• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) system and organize finished products in chillers and freezers accordingly

• Maintain full knowledge of all SK product codes and their uses

Requirements:

• Open to Asian candidates

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a comparable operation

• Basic Food Preparation or Health & Hygiene Certificate holder

• Must be based in the UAE
