Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage key human resource functions, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the organization’s growth by driving effective people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.

Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.

Handle payroll coordination, leave tracking, and attendance management.

Address employee concerns and manage employee relations professionally and confidentially.

Assist with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to build a strong company culture.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.

Experience in the consultancy or professional services industry preferred.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.

Proficiency in HR software and attendance systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
