• Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the buying cycle

• Prepare and manage buy sheets and check order confirmations

• Assist with presentations and coordinate marketing and popup event requirements

• Handle item creation, updates, and pricing adjustments

• Maintain brand contact files and update size scale trackers

• Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with vendors and internal teams

• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth buying operations

What You Need to Succeed:

• Recent graduate or student with a strong interest in retail buying
