About the Role
Suadeo is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to drive the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions within our Self BI Platform. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about document automation, natural language interfaces, and AI-augmented analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Generative AI Development

Design and fine-tune LLMs to automate document data extraction, structuring, and summarization.

Build intelligent AI agents to interpret and respond to user queries in natural language.
AI-Powered Data Querying
-
Develop advanced Text-to-SQL models for translating natural language into optimized SQL queries on the Suadeo SDS platform.

Enable AI-enhanced data access and query execution for complex business intelligence use cases.
Document Processing
-
Implement AI models to process and structure unstructured documents (PDFs, Word, Excel).

Integrate processed content into Suadeo’s data catalog for knowledge graph creation and lineage tracking.
AI Model Optimization & Deployment

Utilize MLOps best practices to deploy, monitor, and optimize models (accuracy, scalability, efficiency).

Work with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for production deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Operate in an Agile SAFe environment, collaborating with Product, DevOps, and Data teams.

Provide expert AI support across internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Technical Requirements

Generative AI & NLP: Proficiency in LLMs (e.g., GPT, Mistral, Claude), embeddings, vector databases, semantic search.

Text-to-SQL & SQL: Strong knowledge of natural language query generation and SQL optimization.

Document AI: Experience with OCR, NLP, document parsing, and vector indexing.

MLOps: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD workflows.

Tech Stack: Python (Langchain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex), SQL, FastAPI, REST APIs.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, including Generative AI, NLP, and AI production deployment.

Strong experience integrating AI solutions within data analytics platforms or enterprise environments.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Must be currently based in an Arab GCC country.
