Käthect is seeking a Bilingual Document Management Specialist for a 6-month contract to support a data cleansing and digitalization project related to inheritance cases involving UAE nationals. This on-site role involves working with sensitive records, validating data, and collaborating with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and organize legacy documents related to inheritance cases

Digitize physical records and structure them into accessible digital files

Coordinate with external entities (e.g., Land Department, Municipalities) for data validation

Manage incomplete documentation and support its conversion into a cohesive digital format

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive government/legal information

Collaborate with a bilingual team to cleanse data for 400–500 inheritance cases
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 5–7 years in document control, data management, or administration

Skills:

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Able to work independently and proactively ask clarifying questions

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Prior experience with legal or government documents is a strong asset
